History

Believing in God’s Word and Spirit

The IMG is an International Missionary Church. IMG exists to glorify God by seeking Him, knowing Him, and making Him known through obedience to the missionary mandate. We work toward this goal by making disciples and planting churches. Our church is a gathering of people who have accepted God’s offer of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

Mission

The mission of our church, the International Missionary Church, is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are called to win souls for Christ, and to accomplish this task we are called to build more churches throughout Germany to spread the Gospel, heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captives, and set at liberty those who are broken. We live to lead people from darkness to light so that they may repent and turn to God, escape the power of satan, and receive forgiveness of sins.

Vision

Our vision is the Kingdom of God. We do not see the promotion of our name, but of the Kingdom of God. We preach the gospel of the kingdom of Jesus Christ and work to see the increase of His kingdom and peace through the establishment of more churches in several regions of Germany as our broad support for the spread of the gospel.

Beliefs

We believe that the church is called to be a sign of the Kingdom of God and to proclaim it.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and that it is, therefore, our final authority over all matters of life and doctrine. We believe that in order to be saved, people must accept the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe in the Holy Spirit as God. We believe in His ministry in the Word and in the church today. We believe in the multiplicity of His fruits, gifts, and effects, as presented in the Holy Scriptures.
